A song about standing up against the intolerances and injustices of this world. When enough is enough.
lyrics
Tear down to see,
The loss of control.
All of which bleeds
For those far below.
To those who have followed
Yet begging for none,
I witnessed the axiom of what has been done.
A canon of corruption explicit in name,
The fallible lie...
Reveal the words once obscene...
Freedom from this autocracy.
Tell me what the future holds...
It's now yours.
In these darkest hours,
A nation sleepless in trepidation.
The answers stay buried,
In riddles of disinformation.
How do we remain
In their thrall of subjugation?
No justice, no peace.
We must wrest from domination.
We will return.

Quite a departure from the wild territories they ventured into with their major label releases. So far, the greatest thrash metal I've heard released in the 2020's. Plus, it's not everyday you hear Rhea Perlman on a metal record. t0cktock
The album description mentions an “emotional apex.” That’s really the difference between Stare and the band’s previous albums. Ulcerate was always supremely technically proficient. I just didn’t care all that much. Their growth has come from making music you will feel. Metallurgical Fire
